Since co-founding Dental Health Management Solutions, Inc. (DHMS) in 2003 with his wife, Jennifer, Shane has consistently leveraged cutting-edge technology and creative strategies to improve lives and drive systemic change.

Under Shane's leadership, DHMS revolutionized dental care for senior care facilities and military personnel, increasing military readiness from under 50% to 89% deployability through portable dental screenings and treatments. By 2006, DHMS became one of the nation's largest dental service providers, utilizing innovative mobile units and pioneering digital dental technologies.

In 2007, Shane expanded his vision with the founding of AnyPlace MD, bringing medical services directly to point-of-care settings. Over the next decade, the organization evolved to address critical needs during the COVID-19 pandemic, including drive-thru testing clinics and monoclonal antibody infusion treatments in partnership with major hospitals. His efforts extended to correctional facilities, military bases, and underserved communities, consistently solving logistical and operational challenges with innovative solutions.

Shane’s entrepreneurial spirit also led to the founding of Capital Dental Equipment in 2012, focusing on high-tech refurbished dental imaging, and AnyPlace Audiology/Hearing in 2017, providing mobile hearing solutions under military and Veterans Choice programs. His dedication to national and community service includes supporting military families, advocating for historical transparency, and engaging in civic initiatives, such as co-hosting an Election Integrity Summit in 2024.

Beyond healthcare, Shane’s influence extends to grassroots efforts, including his son Benton’s fundraising campaign, which raised $33,000 for a section of the U.S.–Mexico border wall.
